2) 30-Days Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

• Requests after 30 days are not eligible.

3) Eligible Refund Cases (Covered by the Guarantee)

Refunds may be approved under the 30-days guarantee including (but not limited to):

• You feel the product was not a good fit for your needs

• You expected something different from the course content

• You purchased but decided not to continue

• You feel the course or product is not the right fit for you.

• You expected something different from the product content.

• You purchased the product but decided not to continue.

• You were charged twice for the same product.

• Payment was successful but access was not delivered and we are unable to resolve it.

• The wrong product was delivered due to a technical error from our side.

• There is a verified unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.

We may also approve refunds for:

• Duplicate charges

• Payment succeeded but access was not delivered (and we can’t resolve it)

• Wrong product delivered due to a technical error on our side

• Proven unauthorized/fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)

4) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in cases of Requests made after 30 days

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

• Full name

• Email used at checkout

• Product name

• Purchase date / Order ID (if available)

• Reason for refund (one or two lines is enough)

We may ask for additional details to verify the purchase.

6) Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days.

7) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may pause access while the dispute is investigated. Please email [email protected] first—we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
